Thai-Yoga Massage

You and your partner take turns giving and receiving a Thai massage under Julia’s guidance as she teaches you how to tailor your touch to your partner’s specific needs. This workshop is not limited to romantic couples; it is a unique bonding experience for parents and children, caregivers and patients, co-workers, and friends of all kinds.

Thai-Yoga massage blends elements of acupressure, Yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing, deep tissue massage, and Ayurveda. By freeing the flow of vital energy in the body, Thai-Yoga massage can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion, and circulation. Muscles are stretched, inner organs are toned, and emotional tension is reduced. Often a deep sense of peace and connection can be experienced during and after a treatment.

The benefits of Thai-Yoga massage are countless. Although the practice of Thai-Yoga massage usually focuses on disease prevention, it can also be of great therapeutic benefit for a range of specific problems and conditions, such as headaches, back pain, digestive disorders, shoulder and neck tension, joint pain, menstrual problems, insomnia, and other stress-related conditions.
